Seattle Loses It's Heart: Ann Wilson's House Up for Under $5 Million

FROM SFGATE.COM | How much does it cost to live like a rockstar? A little under $5 million.

Ann Wilson, one of the two Wilson sisters who founded the rock band Heart, is selling her Capitol Hill home. Ann Wilson, who was San Diego-born and Seattle-raised, has lived in the house for the past three decades, her broker said in an interview with Seattle Refined. The house was originally built over a century ago as a hotel, "The Boulevard Inn."

"There've been celebrities through this home since it's inception," her broker Nancy Klinck told Seattle Refined.

And Ann Wilson backed that up. She told Seattle Refined that her sister Nancy Wilson and Cameron Crowe were married in the house. Members from major grunge bands like Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Mudhoney and Nirvana all hung out at the house.
